How to register for tryouts!
Both Registrations below must be completed to be eligible to TRYOUT
1. CEVA Tryout Insurance Registration Instructions
This instruction is for tryout registration for the purpose of insurance coverage through CEVA. Without this registration your athlete will not be able to participate in tryouts. You will pay a fee of $20 + $.44 (processing fees) for a total of $20.44. DO NOT REGISTER FOR SEASON MEMBERSHIP AT THIS TIME. Season membership will be completed if your athlete has been selected by a team coach during/after tryout. Season membership is $70.

ii. Click on “Membership” top right corner OR

b. You will be directed to the Sports Engine Website
i. Follow the menu screens and it will walk you through the whole process.
ii. Parents please use your email address and phone number throughout the process.
c. Your athlete will be insured to participate in tryouts. Please email the CEVA tryout QR code to Kalani Kolii at directorbbvc@gmail.com or Patti Mensah at presidentbbvc@gmail.com
2. Basin Bombers Volleyball Club (BBVC) Tryout Fees Instructions
This instruction is to register with BBVC tryouts. Tryout fees are $30.00 + $2.19 (processing fees) for a total of $32.19.
a. Login in to Sports Engine

c. Follow the menu screens. It will be lengthy.
d. Parents, please use your email address throughout this process.
e. You will be prompted to pay the fees.
f. Your athlete will be eligible for tryouts when completed.

Age 12 and Under: November 8, 2026 Time: 11am-2pm
Age 13/14: November 8, 2026 Time: 11am-2pm
Age 15-18: November 15, 2026 at time 11am-2pm
